Terms of Service

The rules for using QParser for authorized security testing.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By registering an account, purchasing or redeeming a subscription key, or otherwise using QParser, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not register for or use QParser. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and old enough to do so in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

QParser is a task workflow for authorized security testing — discovery, verification, and review of targets you are permitted to test.

QParser does not grant you any right or permission to test, access, or extract data from any system. Authorization for every target is yours to obtain and to prove.

3. Licence to use

Subject to these terms and an active subscription, QParser grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own authorized testing.

This licence ends when your subscription ends or when these terms are terminated.

4. Restrictions

You may not do any of the following:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or share your account or subscription keys;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, quotas, or security measures;
  • use the service to build or assist a competing product.

5. Accounts, keys & security

Accounts use a username and password only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and subscription keys secure and for all activity under your account.

QParser does not collect personal recovery information. If you lose your credentials, your account and access may not be recoverable or transferable.

6. Fees & payment

Subscription access is sold as keys of a fixed duration through an external purchase page. Prices and durations are shown before you buy.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of QParser is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Violating the Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Your content & responsibility

You are solely responsible for the targets you submit, the methods you run, and the data you discover, extract, store, or share through your account.

You represent that you are authorized to process every target and every piece of data you handle with QParser.

9. Intellectual property

QParser and its software, brand, and interface are owned by its operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you no ownership of the service.

You retain rights to the lawful outputs you generate, subject to your own authorization to hold that data.

10. Warranty disclaimer

QParser is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that findings will be complete or correct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QParser and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QParser and its operator from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or any target or data you handle.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully.

On termination your licence ends and you must stop using the service. Subscription fees are not refunded on termination for breach.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and the referenced policies. The current version is identified by its "Last updated" date and version marker.

Continued use of QParser after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms, and reports of unauthorized or abusive use, can be sent to [email protected].
