Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use QParser against targets that you own or that you have explicit, written permission to test.

By submitting a target you represent that you hold this authorization and that your testing complies with every law that applies to you and to the target.

You must not use QParser to:

• test, scan, access, or extract data from any system without authorization;
• gain, or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• extract, copy, or retain third-party data beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate a finding;
• store, sell, publish, or redistribute data or credentials obtained from a target;
• generate excessive traffic or load, or launch denial-of-service or otherwise destructive attacks;
• use proxies, scraping, or evasion techniques to bypass a target's protections unlawfully;
• conduct any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the QParser service or its infrastructure;
• share, resell, or transfer your account or subscription keys.

Where testing surfaces third-party data, collect the minimum necessary, keep it secure, and delete it once it is no longer needed for the authorized engagement.

QParser is a tool you operate; it is not the controller of the target data you choose to extract, and you remain responsible for handling that data lawfully.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and standards that apply to you, including computer-misuse and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction and in the target's.

Report unauthorized scanning or misuse of QParser to [email protected]. Please include the target details, timestamps, and any evidence so we can act.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
